Metal Energy เป็นการ์ดพลังงานพิเศษในเกมการ์ด Pokemon TCG ให้พลังงานประเภท Metal หนึ่งหน่วยเมื่อแนบกับโปเกมอนประเภท Metal พร้อมกับลดความเสียหายที่โปเกมอนนั้นได้รับจากการโจมตีของฝ่ายตรงข้ามลง 10 ต่อการ์ด Metal Energy หนึ่งใบ นับเป็นการ์ดพลังงานพิเศษชนิดแรกๆ ที่มีผลพิเศษเมื่อใช้กับโปเกมอนที่ถูกต้อง

- Metal Energy เปิดตัวในชุด Neo Genesis ปี 1999 พร้อมกับ Darkness Energy
- ถ้าแนบกับโปเกมอนประเภทอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ Metal จะให้พลังงานแบบ Colorless แทนและไม่ได้ผลพิเศษ
- ในรุ่นหลัง Basic Metal Energy ถูกเพิ่มเข้ามาแทนที่ Special Metal Energy ในหลายสถานการณ์
